From 1 Nov 2026 (HO-11-N): IE must hold at least AMD 1,000,000 across accounts or have AMD 1,000,000 turnover in the 60 days before applying; company participants need AMD 2,000,000 charter capital. Status may be terminated if capital falls below AMD 1,000,000 or no tax is calculated within 180 days. Annual quota applies.
