Rule text, quoted in its source language: Self-employed: tax-authority certificate that annual self-employment income exceeds 24× the monthly minimum wage (2026: 24 × HUF 322,800 = HUF 7,747,200). Chief executive: company has employed ≥5 Hungarian/EEA nationals full-time for 6 months, or the stay is essential and a business plan shows viability. Plus subsistence, accommodation, health insurance, return travel.
