Employment or professional relationship with foreign company/clients for >= 3 months; foreign company active >= 1 year; university/vocational/business-school degree or >= 3 years' professional experience; private health insurance from insurer authorised in Spain with no copay/waiting periods (or public cover); no criminal record in countries of residence in last 2 years (apostilled) + sworn statement for 5 years; Spanish social security registration or home-country coverage certificate.
