Nomadboard refund policy

This policy covers Nomadboard Pro bought on the web. Contact: hello@nomadboard.app.

Who sells it

Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues the invoice. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.

Prices

Pro is $29 a year, $4 a month, or $49 once for lifetime access, plus any tax shown at checkout. Yearly and monthly plans renew until you cancel. Lifetime is one payment and does not renew.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of your first payment, of a renewal, or of a lifetime purchase, you can ask for a full refund, for any reason.
• After that, we don't refund a period you have started, except where the law of your country says otherwise.
• A refund ends Pro for that purchase.

Cancelling

Cancel through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your Paddle receipt, or write to hello@nomadboard.app from the email you paid with. Paddle refunds the card or account you paid with.

EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Pro starts as soon as you pay, and at checkout you agree to that. Our 14-day refund covers the same period whatever the reason.
