Nomadboard terms of use
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms are between you and Nomadboard, Oran, Algeria (hello@nomadboard.app). By using Nomadboard, you accept them.
1. What Nomadboard is
Nomadboard shows entry and stay rules, their sources and the date we checked them, and counts days from the trips you enter.
2. Not legal advice, no guarantee of entry
Nomadboard is not legal advice, a law firm, a visa service or a government service. Nothing in it guarantees that you can enter or stay in a country: a consulate or border officer decides, and rules change without notice. Before you book or travel, confirm with the authority concerned.
3. The data may be wrong
The data can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check the source and date shown with each answer. The board marks which countries are researched and which are not. Day counts, return dates and tax tests are calculations from the trips you enter; a country may count differently, and they are not tax advice.
4. Pro
The board, country pages, residence and visas are free. Pro is $29 a year, $4 a month, or $49 once for lifetime access, plus any tax shown at checkout. Yearly and monthly plans renew until you cancel. Lifetime is one payment, does not renew, and lasts for as long as we offer Pro. On the web, Paddle sells Pro as our reseller and merchant of record, and its buyer terms apply.
Refunds and cancelling: see the refund policy.
If we end Pro, we will tell you 30 days before, stop renewals and refund the unused part of your current period. If we end it within 24 months of your lifetime purchase, we refund a pro-rata share of that purchase.
5. Your part
You are responsible for what you enter, for your travel decisions, and for keeping your device, your account and your sync passphrase safe. The board works with no account. If you lose your passphrase, we can't recover your synced data.
6. Fair use and the data
Don't break the service, get around its limits, or use it for anything unlawful. You may use what Nomadboard shows for your own travel. Don't copy or republish the rules, sources or dates in bulk without our written permission. If you send a correction, you let us use its text and link to improve the data.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nomadboard is provided as it is, and we are not liable for refused entry, refused visas, fines, overstays, missed trips, tax or other losses from relying on it. Where the law allows a cap, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will post changes here and update the date above. These terms are governed by Algerian law, and the courts of Oran, Algeria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
